Both programs consist of one-on-one coaching, via phone or videoconference.
We start with a 90-minute discovery session, where we will discuss your goals and design how we will work best together. After that, we meet every other week for 60 minutes.
Between sessions, you will be given “assignments” or challenges to help you deepen your learning from our sessions and apply it to your life at home or at work.
I offer in-between session support, via email or phone, as needed.
We will end with a “Completion” session to celebrate the progress you have made and discuss how you will take what you have learned into the future with you.
